Byzantine Emperor Andronicus II Palaeologus, at the request of Stefan Uroš II Milutin, issues a chrysobullos logos wherein he consents to give to Hilandar Monastery the land in the village Koutzē on the river Struma in Macedonia. With statement of month, indiction, year and with the Emperor's signature. Parchment original, well preserved, with gold seal, 183 lines (with signature), 254x32 cm. With two manuscript copies of unknown date (without seals).
